sometimes..ipods have the troubleshooting...the music won't play..i teel you solve this problem
1.Make sure the hold switch is off
2.check earphone.Be sure the earphones are plugged in all the way
3.Try turning up the volume..listen the sound..can you hear the sound?
4.Check to see if the player is on pause
